Cooking Class:

Learn how to cook typical genoese fresh pasta and make the most delicious and well known sauce: the pesto!

Duration: 3 hours


- Learn about the ingredients, the cooking tools and the traditions of the territory

- Actively participate in preparing the dish

- Have lunch in a fantastic location

- Welcome snack, lunch and drinks included

The whole activity will be carried out in a very beautiful garden

(unless it rains, in that case we have an indoor space), where the participants will learn about the ingredients and the traditions: they will make the dough for fresh pasta and learn how to shape it, the technique of making pesto with traditional tools and all tips from a real local.

Once the meal is ready you'll have lunch in the garden
